The little door that opens up in the fridge, a continuity test of the defrost heating coil and a continuity test of thermostat in ice water. Iced up in the condensor thought it might be this part also replaced the duck bill drain which turned out to be the real problem

I order the new factory drain replacement kit and it went in smooth. So far the freezer is running and draining and I have cold air in the refrigerator. Someday I may have to replace this part so now I have it.

After talking with Chris about our problem, he walked us through the diagnostics and determined the problem was caused by a defective defrost thermostat. We ordered the part and received it on the second day. While waiting for the part, we defrosted the evaporator core which was frozen over and not allowing the cold air to be blown into the refrigerator section which is why it was warming up. After removing the defective defrost thermostat and replacing it with the new one, we put the refrigerator back into service and all is as good as new.
