I unscrewed the back panel to reveal the compressor & fan assembly. Pulled the broken fan blade off by hand, pushed the new blade on and reattached the back panel. It took less than 10 minutes. I broke the old blade accidentally by vacuuming that area while the fridge was plugged in. Lesson learned.
