Ordered one, thinking that phase 2 of the repair could be replacing the fan motor itself. Received the part. Used some online videos to guide the steps to access and replace the capacitor. Replacement was straightforward. The fan motor now starts on its own, so it looks like the capacitor replacement did the trick. Fridge has been running fine since the repair without cabinet overheating.
